NKC dental does not deserve a 5 star review. I have been going here for several years now and Dr. Busch is an amazing dentist, however, their billing department is rude and misleading. I was quoted $119 for a service and the night before they called me and said it would be $400. I verified several times before they called me that my insurance did in fact, cover a portion of the service. They had sent me an email, so I have proof, saying that my insurance DOES cover it. They said they don’t know who sent me that information and that my insurance does not cover it. I have been using NKC Dental for several years. I never have to wait more than a few minutes and all of the staff are friendly and efficient. I've always been happy with my experience.
